Our remuneration is defined to best align our interests with yours. When appropriate (in the case of fundraising or a sale, for example), our remuneration is primarily conditional on the success of the operation. We also prefer to request a fixed component at the start of the mission (retainer), the primary purpose of which is to materialize client commitment. Certain missions (e.g., reflection on financing strategy) are subject to a flat fee calibrated according to the time required.

We like to support our clients until the completion of the operation, materialized by the signing of contracts and cash flow movements. The duration of the operation depends on the nature of the mission and the maturity of the project. We are ready to dedicate the necessary time to help you prepare the contemplated operation.

Our experience has taught us that issues related to the size and shareholding structure of the companies we work with (governance, investment horizon, financial structure) are as important as their activity. We have intervened in many sectors, notably maritime transport, road transport, telecommunications (services and infrastructure), energy, carpentry, specialty chemicals, automotive distribution, but also health (services), software, and video games.
